At Shapecurve, we want you to feel confident in every garment you wear; if you are not completely satisfied with your fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and hygienic liners to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our distribution center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
